Pet Policy:

Pets welcome upon arrival.
Ovation and Excelsior, 2 pets max, Maximum total dog weight 75lbs.
The Residences, two pets max, cats only.
Security deposit with a pet is $1000.
Non-refundable one time pet fee $350 per unit.
Monthly pet rent of $45 will be charged per pet.

We can’t wait to meet your fuzzy family members at Crocker Park Living in Westlake, OH! We happily accept pets and welcome them with rubs and big hugs. Any pet will have an awesome time here. Fido will love meeting new friends as he takes long walks around our community, and Tabby is sure to love sleeping in the sun, beaming into her new home!
